Kessler's a chump!

So I take it this wasn't a good win for Ward...

That's pretty sad, man. He just won a world title against a seemingly good fighter.

 

It's hard to gauge how good someone beyond just looking good until doing so against a significant amount of consistently high level competition

This applies to gauging both of these specific fighters

 

This is what gets me. You can't have it both ways. Give tons of credit (he probably does), then call the other fighter garbage. atsch

 

Kesslers solid. Just never had good trainers to get rid of his flaws.

 

As long as you are consistent, thats all I'm saying. Ward's beaten a chump and Miranda, just stick with that until he does something that impresses you.

 

Good for you. I'm talking about in how you perceive his achievements. He's only beat Miranda and some chump at this point.

 

kessler is a good fighter. just not great. i think ward was levels above hiim before this fight but he needed to prove it. and he did. kessler still has a chance at this tournament but he needs to adapt a little more.

 

this happens everytime a guy loses....all of a sudden he is "chump"...please......you watch if floyd loses....people will say he is a "chump" too....

he did only beat miranda but the potential was there. the question wasnt if he had the tools because we knew ward did. the question was would he able to showcase them on a huge stage against a favored fighter who is an above average fighter? and he did

 

yes i mean i agree jeff. this win doesnt make kessler look bad it jsut maes ward(and rightfully so) look good. he earned it. kessler is still a threat
