P2K seemed to think this was a done deal. Isn't this fight signed? Miranda REALLY wants to avenge his loss to Abraham. He feels he won that fight. Miranda doesn't need the title for this fight. Again, he could have pulled out of this fight prior to signing.

Abraham wanted to come to the states to build hype for a fight with Pavlik. He can now do this and fight a fairly recent Pavlik opponent without risking his belts at a catch weight. If he loses, we see no unification fight. He will go back and guard his trinket like Sturm

Make no mistake, I'm sure Abraham feels he wins this fight and sets up a Pavlik bout. He tried to offer Sturm twice the money of his last bout to unify those two belts but Sturm wanted NO part of that.

In short, I don't see it, but stranger things have happened I suppose.

One last note. You got that original clip from Palle's site? Nuf said....

It's a huge risk for Abraham fighting Miranda in the states (at a 166 pound weight limit). Agree, that Miranda would love a rematch - but he would rather take a title shot.

Another thing - it's just typical Palle dragging the negotiations on endlessly - the same thing happend with the Calzaghe-fight. First the fight was on, then it was off, then on etc...

But ok - we'll have to wait a couple of days before knowing.

But I think it will be a 1. Miranda fight (WBA) or perhaps a 2. Häussler fight (WBA)....

    1. Jermain Taylor
    2. Carl Froch
    3. Edison Miranda

It will be one of those three.

The list is what I hope for.

Mikkel Kessler vs Jermain Taylor.. I would love it so much.. Taylor needs a fight and who better than Kessler :D.. Miranda vs Kessler would be dope, but Miranda is already set to fight Abraham.. Maybe they'll meet after that fight.. Either way, fights need to take place between these four aside from Miranda vs Abraham..
