    Google translate:

    "Coach: Kessler must boxes 'dirty'

Ricard Olsen wants to Mikkel Kessler to add dirty tricks. Otherwise, Kessler find it difficult to assert himself, says coach

If Kessler must remain at the top in boxing, he must learn some dirty tricks.

It says his trainer, Ricard Olsen, after Kessler lost the World Cup and the Super Six match for Andre Ward. American's style was a mixture of good boxing, elbows and head butting, and it had Kessler difficult to handle.

    - Mikkel is a fine boxer. He uses no tricks, and it must be done if one wants to be in this game with people like this. It is pointless to be mother's good boy, professional boxing is hard, and he must be much more dirty in his boxing, "says Ricard Olsen Ritzau.

To avoid the head-butts? Look at the photo - who should have moved the head there? Ward sure got Kessler with head-buts though.

He ought to have tried and get his head out of the way of Wards head.

Lay off it Keith. The hands have gloves, the head... does not. Completely different things. Ward never marked up even the poorest journeyman and suddenly his 'punches' are going to mark up Kessler like never before? Great logic. We all know what happened so just forget your alternative explanations.

This fight would have been "Kessler by DQ" if the referee was Kessler's instead of Ward's.

Why did Kessler's coach only spot this now? Sounds like a great coach.

Kessler doesn't need to learn to fight dirty - but he needs to learn to adapt and to handle fighters who fight dirty.

It is a bit late to focus on this at the age of 30:huh
But yeah Kessler and other Europeans is missing this part of the game, too textbook. They rely too much on the Ref. spotting things and stopping things.
