Kessler's WBA title vacant and up for grabs this July?

I hope this Kessler-Palle fight doesn't end up the way Larsen-Palle did. I'm starting to get a horrible feeling it's going that way...

 

what the hell is going on in Mogens palles head???it´s incredible that a promoter is cabable to **** someones career up so bad,as palle is trying to!!
No matter what happens in this case,let kessler fight!!

Mogens palle shouldn´t have promoter licence,after all the things he have done in the past with other fighters:mads larsen,rudy marcussen and know Kessler....

 

This is why i'm worried. He's proved time and again that he is willing to end a career.

 

Everybody fears that :-(. I think thats why Kessler does everything his lawyers tell him to do to fulfill the contract. Kessler is in training and ready to take a fight immediately. Teampalle cant claim otherwise and that is why i think a settlement will be the outcome. Mogens and Betina will leave boxing for good, so all they need is money.

 

Kessler striped of his Wba-title could be the best things for Kessler. Now Kessler has a solid good case against Teampalle, who not even could get a mandatory fight for Kessler. No fight for a year. Should be legal grounds to shot down a contract.

 

This is actually good news if Kessler's lawyers argument holds up because he'd be free of the contract after agreeing and signing to fight.

 

:good And Teampalle trying to prevail Kessler to fight will fail. To many powerful and foreign promoters make the fights with out any hesitation. Kessler is bigger than the dude - Mogens Palle :happy

I read somewhere, that the pursebid for the Kessler-Perdomo fight (WBA mandatory) should start this monday 25/5....

I don't think anyone has stripped anyone of anything yet...

I really hope Kessler gets free of Palle due to this. If Kessler signed with Golden Boy, HBO and GBP could make him a super star very quickly.

 

1st quarter of 2010 would be a reasonable guess for him to be free from Palle through the courts imo.

 

You could be right :-(. But as i see this, Kessler has got some very capable advisers/lawyers to back him up. Kessler has to show his willingness to fulfill the contract. Therefore, going into court, they will never prevent Kessler to keep on fighting. They will only have to role for some compensation.
I expects to see Kessler in the ring soon.

 

now hopefully things will come together,and Kessler can get back in the "SMW RACE" again...With a new promoter...
