anyone use them? by all accounts they are a superb work out, but.

    A) how much room do you need

    B) they are pretty pricey, is it worth it?

You need some space, not much. They are pricy but ih man, they work wonders for my explosiveness, cardio, and weight loss.

I have a 35lb'r and it kicks my ass when i do ladders of KB swings and Kb cleans.

35lbs! It's all in how you work it.

they should cost nearly the same as dumbells of the same weight

afterall iron is iron no matter how you form it, it costs them the same to make it

I dont know if this is the case though.

i guess thats just the going rate, they are probably able to charge more because its a niche product compared to regular dumbells

glad to hear it works good though:good
