IB Funfact: sandwiching the shutout loss against Filip Hrgović, the American thirty-nine year old former contender snatched a pair of victories (both via TKO3, both in Germany) over some Bosnian chap named Haris Radmilović. Who is Radmilović? I honestly couldn't tell you - except that he's 8-34 with thirty-one KO losses.

Johnson is again scheduled to compete in the Fatherland - in which nation he is 4-1 (4) run, while being 0-4 elsewhere - on Saturday. The opponent is still "TBA". Dare we hope for closure in the epic trilogy with Radmilović???

Well now that the Klitschkos have retired someone has to fill up the arenas and provide high quality boxing in Germany.
Respect to Johnson for taking on the challenge.

This reminds me of RJJ becoming huge in Russia quite randomly near his career's end. Like, are German crowds just really into Johnson for some reason? They keep giving him opportunities there so I guess tickets are being sold.

There are still some big fights left for Kingpin. Joyce is sporting a nice 100% KO ratio, Kevin would take care of that. Guys like Plechko or Junlong Zhang would probably get badly beaten and stopped, never mind losing their perfect ratios.

Yeah, Kevin Johnson is something else. Always considered his title challenge against Vitali a little pathetic. Especially with the way he would ready the right hand towards the end of rounds, looking all intimidating, without ever getting out of first gear.

Gotta respect his toughness though. With the exception of Joshua, none have been able to stop Johnson in comprehensive fashion.

Hrgovic got very close, just not enough time in the 2nd.
