clear ducking imo. if he wins, khan is the biggest fight he can make at 140.

none of the 140 fighters are mega stars! including alexander. infact especially alexander!
the only comparison we can make between amir and alexander is the kotelnik fight. amir wasn't that impressive but alexander struggled like hell. he looked very beatable! the only realy advantage alexander has over khan is maybe power. so id give him a punchers chance. he definatly wouldn't out box him.

man, I was willing to give Alexander the benefit of the doubt here, but it seems more and more like he wants to avoid Khan.

Khan will be a headline name, Alexander, once beaten, will be buried on undercards chasing shitty paydays wishing that he took the Khan fight!!

I'm just looking at it from the point that from all these twitter posts and press statements like this on i get feeling people are overlooking Tim. And thats a mistake. I kinda hope Bradley wins the mini-tourny just because he's such an honest pro. It'll be funny because the loudmouths won't know whats happened

    Amir wasn't impressive?

The guy shut out Kotelnik with a card of 120-108. How is that not impressive?

And that was just when he moved up in weight. He didn't sit on his punches, wasn't as confident about his resilience.

He's a beast now since that Kotelnik fight.

His style is just always the same. He does the exact same in EVERY fight.

They say he has a game-plan but he does the same BS in every fight.

A style that'll be exposed time and time again in my opinion.

Something about Khan makes Alexander very nervous I think.

I think team Alexander suspect that Khan might already have Devons number.

    disagree with that.

Khan put on a well disciplined performance that night, kept on the move, high guard, excellent jab and made his combinations count.

Kotelnik is a very underrated boxer, its just a pity he doesn't have the power.

ok maybe not impressive is harsh. as you say he only just moved up in weight... but i was still expecting a bit more. maybe some countering when kotelnik opened up instead of just throwing combos to steal rounds. that fight did preove that amir khan win fights with sheer volume and stamina. he didnt insactly use his speed and power in that fight. not like against maidana.

the thing is people don't rate lamont peterson after bradley fight. maybe alexander will be held in similar esteem. i dont see him as any better fighter than peterson. maybe a bit more powerfull.

volume is the only way to beat kotelnik, you'd be waiting the whole day for him to open up so you can counter him.
