They’ve just got their eyes fixed on the mega-fights up at 147, that’s all. But unfortunately they’re paying little attention to the fact that in order to get those big fights, they must conquer the 140 division.

Despite what it may look like, they are not “ducking” or afraid of Khan. I mean they are, after all, confidently taking on the number one guy of the division – Timmeh Bradleh.

Oh, and the big four I think he's referring to, are:

    - Pac
    - May
    - Mosley
    - JMM (they're hoping he'll be the 2nd and final fight 140)

i think it's probably just phychological games there playing, maybe trying to destract khan. either that or they realy don't fancy there chances against him. khan can box expertly from distance. something alexander struggled with against kotelnik. andreas timed his jab perfectly which is soimething amir is very good at. like i said before devon would have a punchers chance if they met.

I think they’re evenly matched, to be honest. Devon’s got the speed, pop and counterpunching to hurt Khan, and Khan’s very good at dealing with southpaws. Too many people are undervaluing Devon after his fight against Kotelnik – who is a very good fighter himself.

    ****

If he fights JMM after Bradley (Assuming he wins), then it's a joke. JMM is currently a 135 pounder. I would understand if Khan and Devon made some agreement to have one fight before but it doesn't sound like it. He doesn't sound interested.

I don't care too much anyway. I think Timothy Bradley is actually going to school him, in stunning fashion.

    No physchological games whatsoever.

Notice how Kevin and Devon NEVER talk about Khan, even before. Even before the Kotelnik fight, they never mentioned Khan. It was as if he was a non-entity.

Tim and Devon were both at the Khan/Maidana fight, and after, you only saw video's of Timmy getting interviewed and you could see how heavily he acknowledges Khan and the significance he carries to going forward.

Devon wasn't anywhere in site to be interivew. Now a question about him comes up, and these guys are all shy and saying that Khan is nothing.

Really, listen to the audio of it on BS, and you'll be convinced, for sure!

Rico, even in the Urango fight, it was very close up till the knockout if you watch it. He is so repetitive. He does the same thing every time.

probably bottled it after the maidana fight.
i guess alot of boxers may be afraid of roach's fighters now?
even in all innocence, the fact khan's developed a sturdier chin than most (from what was evidently glass) has more than likely raised a few fears among fellow fighters......

before the maidana fight, i assumed anyone with decent pop and speed to land it could KO amir.
now that's all gone out the window......

look at alexanders achievments. he beat a 35 yo junior witter who was average anyway. he knocked out an old juan urango, and the scraped past kotelnik. his speed isn't that good realy and neither is his accuracy! he misses with the jab way too aften. also look at the ko or urango. it was when urango was swinging wildly making the ko more likely. people are overratig his power. but hey talk is cheap and we will have to see what he's made of in the bradley fight.

Laz, Khan and GBP will be looking to do the exact same thing. I bet that if JMM shows interest in a fight, Khan will put the Bradley-Alexander winner on hold, and take on JMM.

look at the witter fight! he couldn't land the jab, missed time after time. imagine what amir would do to witter in that fight!
