Well I'll slate Khan for it aswell. If there was an agreement for the Winners to fight someone before they get it on, then I'm fine with it. I'm all for building a fight, but the way Alexander and T.I are going about it, saying that Khan is a non-entity and that they'll move up after one more 140 pound fight, then he'll be ducking for sure.

Yes, I am jumping to a conclusion but it's just the way he sounded and the Kevin interview just puts the icing on the cake for me.

They've also said they want to fight Amir Khan.

I agree his jab can be appalling. But Kotelnik’s style negated all of Devon’s strengths, because he was the one who played the patient game and forced Devon to come to him. It made Devon look worse than what he is. I’m pretty certain he’ll surprise a lot of people against Bradley. He won’t be no walk over.

That’s the thing. Neither should be slated for it. Who wouldn’t want to fight JMM?

It's sad if it's true. But at the same time it kinda makes sense.

Khan won every round againt Kotelnik while Devon struggled (Some say he should have lost) and Khan looked remarkable in his last fight.

But Cunningham is a fool if he says that Alexander/Khan isn't a mega fight if they beat Bradley

But there was no agreement which said they must fight each other immediately. There were no fixed dates or schedules put in place. It was just assumed that the winners will eventually fight. They're all young, so what difference does it make if it happens a little later?

You're right, there isn't, but Devon isn't saying that he'll fight Khan after though..

He's saying he'll be moving up, which is what I don't like.

Maybe if he said, I want a match or two before I get it on with Khan, I'd say Ok, but he's saying he's moving up and calling Khan a non-entity, along with his trainer.

It doesn't matter too much to me anyway. I think he'll lose.

Before you dog Devon think about it, if he was such a coward why would he fight Tim Bradley, THE MAN at 140lbs?

It's not like he's the one getting the big chance, he's putting his wbc belt at stake.

Then he quite naturally wants Floyd or Pacquiao, whats wrong with calling them names out? I'm sure they will call Khan this and that, and a non-entity, but you go back a few weeks, let alone months.. you'll find Devon talking about Khan.

I don't quite remember that. I remember GBP trying to set up the Marquez bout, but I don't ever remember hearing him saying he didn't want it. Afterall, he has fought Maidana since, and seems to want to fight the winner of Alexander/Bradley.

This kind of backs up my memory in that I'm sure he claimed Bradley didn't want in on the tournament.

Yeah I get where you're coming from, but I just think it's nothing. To me, all they're saying is this:

"When we beat Timmy, we'll be the big name at 140, and we'll be the forerunners for the mega-fight(s) with Pac and May. We don't need Khan, because it'll be Khan that needs us."

Yes, what they're saying may not be strictly true, but it's just them believing that they are number one. The same way that Khan and Bradley believe they are the best.

If Devon beats Bradley, he'll clearly be the man of the division. If he for some reason wouldn't give Khan a chance, unless PAC or Floyd fights him, then it's a disgrace.

When was this? Have you got a link?

Alexander says in that video that tournament was 60%(?) there...when did GBP say no?

Sad - boxers are cashing out earlier and earlier in their career. Many wants to retire multi millionaire before they even reach 30.
