i never said he was the poster boy for un-perfessionalism, where did you get that from?

however, what you say about mayweather makes what he did even worse. its not like he was having trouble making weight and just couldn't lose those extra pounds. he planned to come in over weight to gain an advantage over a fighter who was moving up two weight classes! not telling that fighter until the day of the weight in!

what chavez did was just as bad, and that's why no one takes him seriously. but mayweather is suppose to be the face of boxing, and he's doing the same ****?! both chavez and mayweather are the same in my eyes and judging by the comments in this thread, **** like that will always be around as long as people excuse it. some people even name marquez as a good win for mayweather without ever bringing up what he did!

Mayweather never broke any rules...He wants more rules enforced! That is why he wants to have the best drug testing. Meanwhile, the Klitschkos want "their" tests.......

He's referring to Mayweather vs Marquez. The fight was set to be fought at a catchweight of 144 lbs, which is one of the few points of drama going in about the fight(and was a promotional point) since Floyd hadn't weighed that in a long time and was coming off a layoff. Floyd said on 24/7 that "the weight is made" then come weigh-in he negotiated a last minute raising of the weight(paying Marquez a nice chunk of change) to come in at 146 lbs.

I don't think Floyd's unprofessional, he's just an ass that doesn't mind securing advantages for himself constantly, and he has never had problems making weight before or since. Chavez Jr on the other hand, is completely unprofessional and gets away with it due to the Chavez name value.

You are the worst ****rider in this forum, which is something hard to achieve.

There is no raw talent in Chávez Jr. Stop talking crap, your idol is a piece of **** in every aspect. He hasn't beaten anyone worth mentioning, he wanted to quit against Troy Rowland and even thought about retiring after the fight. A fight that he "won", but was a gift from the corrupt judges. He had to cheat and took furosemide for this fight. Cheating and losing against Troy ****ing Rowland... a disgrace.

You are as **** as your worthless idol.

Chavez is a ****ing disgrace! He has everything a boxer could ever dream of, a ready made fanbase courtesy of his Daddy's years of hard work, the best trainers and camps money can buy, not to mention the genes he must have inherited yet this fat mess insists on living like a stoned ****ing pig who has no regard for the sport, his opponents, or his fans.

Calm down drama queen, was your mother raped by a mexican or what you ****ing spastic?

Chavez has beaten many good, legit fighters, Duddy, Lee, Rubio, Zbik, and almost KO'd the top 3 P4P, and did all this while half assing in training camps and having problems making weight, no matter how much your butthurt, racist ass try to spin it. Did I forgot to mention he also has ZERO amateur experience too? Go eat your own dick and die ******

If Chavez took his training seriously before the biggest fight of his life, instead of sleeping all day, eating cereal in his pajamas, smoking weed and training in his living room, he would have beat Martinez.

Chavez lost every second of every round but the one he knocked Martinez down in. Was a blowout. Chavez is a convicted PED cheat and a disgrace to the sport and so is that daddy of his. They love to break the rules to benefit them at every turn.
