Although the champ is supposed to be a heavy favorite over me, he seems to be trying to gain every advantage he can over me for this fight in and outside of the ring.

    “From the announcement of today’s judges, to the selection of the ring size and rumors that I here from his sparring partner about some dirty tricks that he likes to engage in during fights, it looks like I’m going to have to be on my Ps & Qs for this fight.
    “Dr. Frankenstein is trying to win this thing by hook or by crook. I’m definitely going to have someone in his dressing room checking his gloves closely."


    Sounds like Johnson already trying to make excuses for a loss to me.

    He keeps referring to Vitali as "Dr. Frankenstein". That's going to look
    real good after Johnson gets KO'd.

    He could be kidding, or blowing smoke/stirring the pot. Whatever, fighters talk ****. Him being actually clinically insane as you're suggesting, as in delusional - seems a bit far-fetched an explanation.

    He could be kidding, but if you read his updates, he's been talking crap since day 1, showing no respect at all to Vitali...so I don't think he's kidding.

    That's weird, the article I read on ESB, I think ESB, basically showed a very respectful but determined Johnson. Guy must have done a total 180?

    I can't say I am a big fan of Vitali or his brother but I like Kevin Johnson even less! I mean come on, man. Hasn't this guy got like 8 K.O's? As a heavy weight thats pretty poor. Good luck to him though, I guess...

    Fighters talk crap about each other all the time.
    Just trying to get a phychological edge.
    It wont work.Klitschko will still win,but I can understand what Johnson is trying to do.Just playing a few mind games.

    Like I said.No big deal.

    I thought it was funny when I read in one of his interview that he's been running 5K in preparation for the fight. Is that suppose to be impressive? I'm just a regular out of shape dude (not athlete or anything) and I run 5K 3x a week.... I sure hope a professional boxer about to fight for the Heavyweight Championship of the world is going to do some kind of roadwork. lol

    So? He's gonna beaten down and thrashed into pulp. Let him have his day.

    Im not sure how good his chin is.

    Having an average chin might be better actually. He would get KOed faster, it would protect him from a sustained beating.
