A couple weeks from now, it will have been Vitali Klitschko.

I have not seen much of Johnson, but does not look like he will be able to back up his words. Gomez sure talked a lot of crap, so did Peter and I remember Larry Donald with Richie Giachetti in Germany. Vitali was the first to stop Donald.

I think KJ is full of talent and potential, but he hasn't proven anything because he's a still developing boxer. Had he at least fought a couple good solid opponents before facing off agianst Vitali, I would believe him. Against his last opponent (Vargas) he still has defensive issues, he looked out of shape, and not very mobile.

Looked impressive against an undefeated Olympian. And the Olympian wasn't the original opponent, was out of shape, and at best a C level boxer.

In the wastelands of the heavyweight division where after the Klitschkos there is only David Haye (and that is because he has the other belt) then being 'undefeated' is the new 'actually being any good'.

I normally don't make any predictions where I really don't know much about a fighter. But given what I haven't heard about KJ, I can predict this fight's outcome easily enough.

I haven't been hearing that KJ is a world beater, or a must-see guy. I'm thinking it's a safe bet that he is toast.

Johnson's right. He will KO this bum Vitali with his one-punch pow... oh, wait.

Perhaps he will confuse Vitali with his excellent handsp... no.

Or he might outsmart Klitschko with his ring knowledge and experience... oh, wait.

Vitali by boring desicion or late KO.

I wouldn't be surprised if this ends up like Vitali's other fight with a K. Johnson.

Kirk Johnson, even though he wasn't in the best of shape against Vitali, still had fast hands.

Kirk Johnson is 6′ 2″, about 255, with an 81 inch reach.
Kevin Johnson is 6′ 3″, about 245, with an 82 inch reach.
