    A once promising young American HW, KJ has allowed himself to be a gatekeeper ala Monte Barret.

    You have to wonder what type of $$$$ he's making to essentially throw himself to the wolves.

    I know MOPAR is close with his team.

    Im wondering if he'd settle for some smallish type fights vs the likes of Dawjeko, Ding, and maybe Seth Mitchell.

    Im almost positive, even the shellshocked version of KJ we saw last night would still find a way to beat those guys, and wins over the 3, would put him squarely back into the top 30 and right back into the mix.

    I mean a KO win over Mitchell, is akin to Canelo's BIG win over Kirkland.

    Why would KJ retire while there's still good $$$ to be made makign those types of fights and rebuilding his reputation as a solid B level fighter. :think

    His post fight interview states he will now retire, but money, or lack of it may change his mind before he gets to 40.

    KJ has or had some talent, but he also has a sparring partner mentality. I agree that on a good day he beats all 3 of those guys easily but that's notreally saying much.

    Is says enough that beating those guys gets him reranked.

    And getting ranked again, and coming off a 3 fight win streak is enough to get him another big fight.

    Hell, Wilder got a title fight with less. :lol::lol::lol:

    Said he's going into real estate and other ventures outside the ring. Hope he does just that. Too many boxers stick around too long and risk their health.

    No because you're a bunch of ****ers who've for the most part never even stepped in the ring at an amateur level and can't give any credit to fighters because the loser was a bum and the winner just beat a bum.

    Because you call professionals worse than **** and I just point out the fact that even the bums and the journeymen would knock out all of you on here.
