    Controversy
    Time running out- kevins eye was totally mashed
    great unexpected comback with a knockout

    Great fight indeed.. Then u look Marquez/Gainer and he does a 180.. Running faster than carl lewis. That was one of the most pathetic performance ever put on by a so called title holder.

    Whatever happened to gainer?

    gainer was a disgrace in that fight. that is one of the most shameful performances i have seen.

    I loved it when the doctor looked at Kelley's eye and said the fight can carry on...Kevin seemed shocked but went out and knocked Gainer out anyway!

    Great fight. Yea Kelly got thumbed thats why his I was so bad. I love how he came back to KO him.

    I remember this one because Smoke is rarely in an action packed fight..Kev has been in a few but Gainer very rarely if ever.

    Anyone see the rematch? I dont believe I have..Gainer won it, more then likely on a Roy Jones undercard at some point.

    Yeah I just looked that up...Had a copy of the RJJ-De Valle fight for ages but it didnt have the Gainer fight on it Im sure.
