Averanga, hailing from La Paz in Bolivia, is coming off his first professional defeat two months earlier, against Chilean veteran José Luis "Pancora" Velásquez Cárdenas for the vacant WBO Latino super bantamweight title. This one should be fun. Muñoz seems like a nice switch-hitting boxer-puncher and yet still has lots of defensive flaws to iron out. If he's legit he can grind Averanga down but it won't be a cake walk.
