Exact same story with Dimitrenko. Universum is on the edge of being broke, they can't afford to bring in anyone good, and they want to protect their guys of course.
something people have to ask the organization. Erik Morales as much as I think he is a legend does not deserve a chance at a title. That is ridiculous, and yet it happens.
Thanks for the info. :good Dimitrenko is no big loss, i was never impressed by his very limited skills, but what happened to Boytsov is a real shame, because that guy could've had some impressive KO wins against Ring Ranked opponents. How good a big man is Wach? Comparable to Helenius & Fury, who are both potential future beltholders when the Klitschko brothers retire?
So true, that's my only gripe with Adamek. Does not provide a good image of a heavy weight challenger. A mere prospect upstaging him, and in only 4 rounds.... that's a little embarrassing....
I'm sure it's fair to say that even 'the kings' (K2) have their share of bums on their resumes, respectively.
Sure, every fighter does. But to be clear, I'm sure Wach's fighting a bum. That doesn't mean I disapprove, I don't. Especially if he's staying active (which he is). I mean he's got to work his way up. Put yourself in his shoes, any fighter's shoes...would you risk it, and the potential millions of dollars, even tens of millions that could come with a title shot? Or would you take the less risky road to try and better your chances? I know many will say that's not a true "fighters heart", or "fighting spirit", or "warrior", etc... but I can guarantee that all of these armchair quarterbacks would do the same thing if they were in that position. Plus, with Wach's size, that alone could make it difficult for him to find a quality opponent, as many quality opponents might not want to take the risk of fighting someone with his size.
