    His eyes appear to be open. His hands are also bent and held with control, so at least he´s conscious there. The fact that his gloves are on, may mean that the doc was concerned and wanted to get him to the hospital asap. Also he´s wearing an oxygen mask and the paramedic maybe holding an IV line......not a good sign.
