he'll probably get it to because katsidis would be very confident of beating him and never wimps out of fights.

hes a good fighter and its why I picked him to beat Katsidis . . . even put money on it! (didnt know who katsidis was at the time) but I can still see a lot of flaws in his game, he swings too many wild punches and leaves himself open and although his footwork is brilliant and lets him manouver around the ring hes a little too light footed.

by that I mean if he gets caught with a solid shot on the back foot then he will go down from balance, he needs to plant his feet firmer on the ground more and use head movement and counter punching rather than bend over and give an open invite for his opponent to bang the body and move back to the ropes and turn them with a sharp hook and use his foot movement to put them on the ropes rather than being on the receiving end ala Katsidis.

Still I hope he can fix his flaws because they are big ones and if he went for Marquez/Katsidis/Rios with the the way he fought tonight then hes in big trouble

Top performance by Kev, he was right when he said that just because you lose doesn't mean you can't come back and do great things. Murray can come again as well.

I won big on Katsidis last time out but I would favour Mitchell in this one. Katsidis has been in too many hard fights

Don`t see why Mitchell can`t go all the way.I reckon he will beat Katsidis this time but on points.

I can't see why the result would be any different to the last time they met. But Katasidis probably needs to get himself matched up in some winnable fights. So why not?

Kevin needs a chin transplant if he wants to tangle with katsidis again.

Risky. What happens if he gets stopped again?

I like Kev...not surprised he is chasing a rematch.

I think Kats will be to strong for him again though...I think Mick still has something to offer, he just got handled by two superior fighters in his last outings.

I don't see it being any different next time unless all the wars catch up with Katsidis. Mitchell can box nicely but he's very hit-able and doesn't need too much convincing to get involved in s slug fest. That's always going to be his downfall against a puncher like Katsidis.

Excellent stuff, it's what I like to see. If he can beat kats in an eliminator it makes him much more credible for rios who is pretty much the main man now since soto, marquez and guerrero have all moved north.

mitchel is definitely capable of out boxing him. the second round he dominated with movement and powerfull combinations. he just got stupid in the 3rd. i agree though its obviously a very tough fight for him but one if he wins he'll put himself right in the mix.

I can't really see the fight being any different, good for Mitchell for wanting to avenge his only loss thus far, but Katsidis is too powerful and too strong for him. Murray tagged him and buzzed him pretty good a couple of times. Mitchell overcame it and got the better of Murray by outboxing him and eventually wearing him down, but Katsidis can definitely take Mitchell's shots, while Mitchell can't take Katsidis' shots.
