    So he's not been charged?

    The first article claimed he had, and that he was due in court in June. This one is now claiming he is just due to return to the police station in June. Hopefully this is true

    fella 3 doors down from me got 120 hours cs and 500 quid fine for 450 plants. That to me is a slap on the wrist considering the dough involved
