    you are junior, and no you are not going to get a right hand from anyone, you just need to grow up, we all say and do things we regret but we all have to learn from it hopefully you will now, banter is one thing but you insulted a lot of people, not just the mitchells has i said before eames roach cook and families, if you want to chat about boxing in a constructive manner with me i will reply the same ok mate

    Can see the difference he has made in Khan already. His upper body movement is much better and less rigid than it used to be. He is just much more elusive in general.

    I think Roach encourages improvisation and ability to think on your feet in his fighters. Mix up defensive tactics and make his fighters less easy to read. Move from side to side instead of in a straight line backwards.
