How would Kevin Mitchell do at 140lb?

How many of the above would you favour him against?

No one at world level. Mitchell can box well sort-of and has a good left hand but not much else.

I give Kev a chance against all the domestic opponents, and even give him a slight chance against petersen, as i think his come forward style would actually suit kev..

That said I think he needs to beat burns at 135 and then beat rios in order to even contemplate moving up and winning titles

It is a shame Bunce did not probe him when he stated his ring ambitions.

Kev's best performances have come against Murray and Prescott where he showed some good skills, but lets be honest... they're both pretty crude. He's no great technician. Peterson can be 'come forward', but he's a lot more intelligent in his work than Mitchell's best wins to date and can also box a bit too. Mitchell gets beaten by Burns and takes an even worse beating if he mixes with any 140 title holders.
