    Kevin Mitchell will be doing a public work out at Brent Cross shopping centre om saturday 06.02.10 from 11.30am until 13.00pm. Work out will start at 12.00pm.

    public workouts are very good for big fights,it gives the public a small idea how hard boxers train and they also get a chance to speak to them and get there autograph,small things like this inspires young and old alike.good luck to kevin i hope he has a big year in 2010:bbb

    Brent Cross???? get him in Romford, you can then put some of the hood rat chavs in the ring with him for sparring
