Who wouldnt want to work less, earn more. I for one certainly would spend more time doing the things in life that matter the most. But we live in a world where money dictates.

Mitchell is not going the right way about it, he is not that bigger name just now to be throwing his toys out the pram, so why not do what Warren is asking and get on with it.

    thats not how tax works.

Mitchell has been working elsewhere during his time away on the london underground again.

Agreed but as fans its not our place to empathise with the situation the best outcome for us is the fighting every few weeks scenario ;)

Well he is not self employed for his tax not to work that way.

Is he employed by London underground, are they not resonable payers that he could still pay his mortgage from his wage.

Mitchell needs to man up. He's owed nothing, either he wants to fight or he doesn't.

no I mean your worrying about him falling into the 40% tax bracket. thats not how it works.

the cut off is 36,000 right?

that means if someone gets paid £40,000 for the year.

    £6,375 tax free
    £29,626 at 20%
    £6,000 at 40%

    Its not that simple.

Mitchell doesn't just own one 3 bedroom house in Dagenham. He invested his money on property as advised by his manager.....frank warren, a market which crashed as the exact same time he was out injured and not earning a 6 figure salary he was used to when fighting reguarly.

I know how the tax system in this country works (uk).

someone posted that he would need fuel expepenses, other cost ect ect, and that the £30k offerd was not good.

I never knew if he was self employed or he had a job out of boxing, thats why i was saying he could claim back other things from the tax man.
