who do you think would win, michael gomez will be hitting him nonstop for 12 rounds, do you think he could stop him, kevin hasnt got very good defence, and i dont think hes that durable.. but he can hit.. he'll meet gomez in the middle of the ring, who would come out on top

    id slightly favour mitchell.

dont really see how you can say mitchell isnt durable. sure he was close to being put down against Johanneson, but that was after taking lots of monster shot from a proven puncher. he still toughed it out and finished the fight with a knockout.

and as good as gomez could be on his day, he still lost to lear in our around gomez' supposed prime and its not like his chin or defence have ever been rock solid. but still, you just never know with gomez, which is why i certainly wouldnt be 100% confident in picking mitchell, but i just think he's a more stable consistent fighter over the 12 rounds. not that i think it'd go that far.

A prime Gomez vs the current Mitchell would be great and I would favour Gomez. Mitchell has alot more going for him in the long run and has a genuine chance of a world title.

I like Mitchell on this one, he seems to have it all. He just needs to tighten his defence up. I see a good future for him.

I'm going for Mitchell just because you never quite know what you're going to get from Gomez.

mitchell could take the best of Gomez. even when Gomez was at his best he had stanima issues. It would go very simular to the gomez johannession fight.

allot of it depends on whether mitchell boxes or goes to war with gomez.

Okay so he's had 2 impressive wins, i forgot he had beat Kirakosiyan to be honest but i dont think gomez would have beaten mitchell, mitchell is too skilled and would outbox gomez.

Mitchell has fought one decent opponent in a very faded Johanesson and he got all he could handle in that. Mitchell has poptential to be a Warren WBO champ but that is not worth anything really.

    Prime Gomez would murder him.

    Incorrect, as pointed out already.

Gomez has better wins than anything Arthur, Mitchell, Cook, Johannesson etc have on their records.

Judging Gomez on top form, against Mitchell at the best we've seen from him so far, Mitchell would get drawn into a brawl and Gomez would stop him IMO.

We don't know how good Mitchell might become though...
