i had mitchell to beat murray on points before the fight, it was quite close before the ko to be honest, murray was a strong euro champ at the time but sticking your face out as a target bigger than a ****in dart board wont get you much further as a sharp good powered puncher like mitchell proved. burns is a class above both and its plain to see imo, weather he can mix it at elite level is still to be proven, thats where we should all be wanting to see burns at next and not fighting guys like mitchell but all this hype and debate over burns vs mitchell has got most of us wanting to see what will occur if they fight. gotta love boxing for doing that to us daft ****s.

 

Burns does need Mitchell, it'll be his biggest pay-day. Frank can't afford to get any of the other champions over here and Ricky isn't going to go to Japan/America to get robbed because of his lack of power.

If Ricky wants a pay day he needs the Mitchell fight.

Jigsaw IS Kevin Mitchell, or at least a very very very good friend of his. Mitchell came on here a couple of years back and answered a Questions thread under that username. Also he's took a picture of Billy Nelsons opening post and put it on twitter, laughing about it, so stop pretending otherwise.

Mitchell shouldnt really be able to DEMAND anything more than 65/35 truth be told however there's really no proof at all he's demanded anything more, nor is there any proof that he's demanding the fight be in London.

As for Billy, why cant you see the damage you do to your fighters fan base each and every time prior to a fight of Ricky's you come on here making absurd threads and accusations at other fighters, ESB posters and fans alike?

Yourself and the Mitchell camp both have the same promoter for Christs sake. Why dont you just ask him for Tibbs'/Kevin's phone number and sort it out that way. Or better still................ SPEAK TO THE PROMOTER AND GET HIM TO DO HIS JOB. As much as our resident numbers man Rob Palmer likes to think otherwise, he nor anyone else on this forum can promote this fight or get it signed for you!

great point rothwell, sometimes i forget about the complications in boxing! burns aint knocking out world class fighters and he sure aint gona ud them all, robberies could be on the cards for burns if he does travel thats for sure. its a pitty burns doesnt have ko power.
