He's back. He fought a can but it was still nice to see those takedowns and his grappling. If he can improve his striking he'll be virtually unbeatable. I'd like to see him against RDA next.

Idk, maybe a fighter like Jose Aldo/JDS/ChuckLiddell can take him out....someone with good takedown defense and good striking.

Yeah but I think Khabib's unorthodox striking isn't that bad, it just looks a bit off. But if he has good enough chin to survive some bombs he'll eventually get the takedown.

The difference between him and the guys Aldo and JDS fought is that he's not your typical American freestyle wrestler. His takedowns are often judo and sambo style throws and trips. He's still young and can learn too.

He's also training with the best MMA fighers in AKA.

I just hope injuries didn't slow him down.

Btw I don't understand why MMA fans who **** on his style don't just watch boxing or kickboxing. I watch MMA because I'm interested in aggressive grappling and how it can be mixed and chained with striking. That's why I love fighters with sambo background like Fedor and Khabib, I think this is the most entertaining style of grappling. A lot of sambo guys also like to go for quick submissions on the ground instead of more tactical chess game BJJ approach. Also, Khabib is far from "lay and pray" wrestler, he just ragdolls people
