To be a top fighter you got to take the top fights, Maidana is a great start to fighting tough fights.

They were but Khan made them look so easy, and i am not even trying to say that in a bad way, but they were good wins vs top 10 140 fighters.

Khan has to display he can mix it with a known puncher to silence his critics, i have faith he will.

Agreed with that. I feel Khan gets treated a bit harshly sometimes. I suppose the hype around him is to blame though, there's so much of it. Talking about facing Mayweather and Pacquiao doesn't help.

Then again though, look at other fighters in the past, loads of fighters have set the bar high and talked about what they want to achieve and they've been admired for doing so.

I guess it's just one of those things, he really gets on some people's tits.

Personally, I enjoy watching him fight too much to get annoyed by it.

I think the key is to believe that you can beat the best, that's 50% of the job, thinking and knowing you can win.

Khan has a strong inner drive to be the best, and he will try his best to reach his goals.

Khan wouldn't last 3 rounds with Pacquiao.

I admire his ambition but Khan should be focusing on the 140 LWW (I'm sure he is). When you say things like this it makes it look like you're overlooking your opposition or getting ahead of yourself. Of course, at this moment I don't think he has a chance against either.

Khan should retire. He's too fragile.

I used to be one of Khan's biggest haters but if I'm honest he's pretty much done everything he's said he'll ever do. I don't think he's anywhere near good enough to mix it up with Pac or Mayweather...however I do think he's the best of the LWs and I believe he's going to go on and win titles at multiple weights. He'll be one of the biggest names in boxing in the last 20 years soon.

Good on him, drive to be the best. Though I dont think he will ever be good enough to beat either.

If he beats Maidana, then the winner of Bradley vs Alexander, he will have earned it. I think he would be competetive with Mayweather, especially if it happens in 2012 and Mayweather remains inactive.

I think Pac would eat his ass up once it got in the championship rounds (even it even got that far) but hey, in all honesty you cant discount Khans ability eather, especially if he gets past Maidana, and Bradley/Alexander winner to earn his spot.

He's got enough on his plate with Maidana. If he manages to get passed him, there's Bradley/Alexander to worry about. And if he comes through that one, I still don't think he has what it takes to even step in the ring with Pacquiao or Mayweather. Honestly, to fight those guys that soon, it would be career suicide. Pacquiao would almost kill him, and Mayweather would school him. Either one of those scenarios would be enough to derail and spoil a young fighter for good.
