Khan is in talks with Millignaggi, Bradley, Ortiz, Maidna, but I'm sure He end up fighting a blown up light fitting lightweight or something, people exagerete about talks most of them are bullshits.

I honestly think the world wants khan-bradley at this point....the ring mag today on their site moved khan up to number 2....to set-up bradley-khan...freddie roach said khan would take the fight....

I have a feeling it will happen...and if it doesn't malignaggi is the next option for either man...

It's pretty amazing how quickly 140 has become such a hotbed of talent and potentially excellent matchups. Part of it, I think, is that the top fighters are pretty much all young and thus trying to gain exposure and notoriety. Hell, the veteran of the bunch is Malignaggi, who is hardly over the hill himself. Sure, there are guys like Urango, N'Dou, etc., but the young guns are already the faces of the division.

The point of a linear champion is to cut through the confusion of myriad alphabet belts. It seems a but counter intuitive then to consider the title vacated when a champion happens to pick up one of the trinket belts. Although actually, if that was your approach, you probably would never have considered Pacquiao linear champion at all....

The Sun is full of ****!
However if by some miracle the story turns out to be true, then I agree with the majority here that the fight is too soon for Khan.

I've said before on other threads on this topic....Khan is young and is still learning under Roach, he's only been involved in 2 world title fights and never fought outside the UK.

Bradley has beaten some names, he's experienced, has bags of skill and he's still young at 26.....and is by no means the finished article yet himself. Bradley hasn't even hit his prime yet.....and that's when I'd like to see Khan fight him, in about 3 years time perhaps.....although that's unlikely as if both keep winning fights in that time, they will most likely be forced to face each other!

If the fight is made though, I still don't think it's a foregone conclusion that Bradley would win, however i'd favour a Khan win more if this was in 3 or 4 fights time for him!

Khan needs one more year and a couple more wins against solid opponents to be ready for Bradley. I do not want to see this fight until 2011.

Bradley will win now because of his experience, skills, versatility, etc and Khan is still evolving as a boxer. Give Khan one more year and he'll be ready for Bradley. I think Khan has all the tools to beat Bradley, I don't think Bradley has the power to knock out Khan. Khan hits harder than Bradley so Bradley will feel Khan's power unlike Lamont Peterson.

IF and its a big IF, this fight happens, khan should deserve some praise for stepping up.

i think the reason they want bradley, is because he has the same attributes as pac(-power), but a couple of percentages weaker.

Khan-Bradley is what fans would like to see. Someone need to clean up the 140-lb division. This unification match will draw $$$!

So you don't think Bradley hits as hard as Willie Limmond then?

Not really seeing the distinction. Pacquiao has had one fight at WW since beating Hatton and his future plans are as yet not defined. Hatton dropped back down after beating Collazo because that was the best option available at that time. He moved up again to fight Mayweather and, had he won, I very much doubt that he would have fought lazcano at LWW next up. Likewise, I assume you still consider Pavlik linear MW champion, despite him moving up in weight to fight first Taylor and then Hopkins? If he'd beaten Hopkins he would likely have fought Calzaghe next up, but he didn't because he lost.

 Bitter Scouser. You can actually buy the sun in Liverpool by the way. I used to buy it everyday when i was working on site up there and took great delight in leaving it in the shitter for all your fellow liverpool fans to read.

Now onto the fight. Too early for a detailed observation but if it goes to points Khan wins. Bradley stops him at this stage though. This fight is too early for Khan.
