Khan: 'At 140 I just feel so strong'..

    Khan said 'I was big for a lightweight and I had to be so disciplined to get off those final few pounds.

    “At 140 I just feel so strong. I know I am punching hard because my trainer Freddie Roach has put extra padding in his body armour to stop me hurting him — and that’s with me using 20oz gloves which are like pillows.”

    Dr.Roach has also said Khan is hitting harder on the pads.


    We all know about Khan's fast handspeed, if he can add a little power to them shots we should see some good results. Fast speed, timing, Decent power,accuracy = KO.

    Can Khan be the first person to TKO/KO Kotelnik?

    And if he does so cleanly (no early ref halting matters), will people give him credit?

    Khan could box Kotelnik into a top hat and then KO1 a prime King Kong and there would still be people on here bitching, making pathetic excuses and not giving credit where its due...we've just got to live with the fact that some people just love to hate :thumbsup

    I have alot of respect for the guy, for me he is not just a boxing trainer. That's why I refer to him as a Dr of the sport, he has great

    I'm not just singling you out but in some other threads people have referred to Roach as 'Dr. Roach' and it sounds gay.

    They are gay. Roach is one of the best trainers if not the best today, but he's hardly Ray Arcel. People have way too much manlove for a trainer.

    khan was quoted as saying he was close to invinsible before he fought presscot his words mean nothing, its going to be an interesting to see if he lives up to all this talk of improvement in july
