Kotelnik is a slow starter, Khan might just shock him and us and press him and rock him.

Khan could finish the fight in 3 or 4 rounds and send shock waves around the world of boxing. Thats why I love this sport, Khan could even get caught early and could be lights out for him also.

No there is always a possibility anything can happen, Khan as we know does not have the best chins in the world. But saying that it would be a surprise to me if Khan lost under the improvements Dr.Roach which he is trying to engrain in Khan.

When Khan lost to Prescott I was not shocked, I was telling my friend before that fight that if Khan gets careless Prescott will knock Khan out, maybe not under 1min. I saw a Prescott fight on youtube and was thinking this guy can bang for a few rounds at least, Khan should be very careful for the first few rounds.

I am a Khan fan but know anything can happen in the ring, I hope Khan wins. This fight at 140 can answer a few questions, will his chin improve a little at 140?, How will Khan react if he loses a few rounds? will his power improve at 140? Can Khan out box a game fighter like Kotelnik? Has his defence and all round skills improved under Dr.Roach?.

    Fair enough mate.

He would do well to play it safe for a few rounds.

I hope Khan becomes more durable, stronger and more powerful at 140. Like Corrales, Cotto etc

Think we are all hoping for a transformation that just won't take place. I'm expecting an improvement at the weight but not of the magnitude that some people seem to be forecasting.

Also, his level of opponent has gone up, so any improvements could be masked.

Yeah it could turn out like that. I just want him to display some knockout power.

I think thats probably the least likely to materialise.

How many others have gone from average/slightly above average punchers to real punchers by moving up a weight?

Although I suppose it's a possibility as Roach might be teaching him to sit down on his punches more which would improve his power but not just through moving up in weight.

Do you know a fighter who goes by the name of Pacman?

What weight did he start his career off from? and what weight was his last fight at?

and what happened in that fight?
