His constant bitching and complaining and his refusal to accept he was beaten, or even did anything wrong however is reason enough for the flak he takes. If any fighter went about the way Khan had since the Peterson fight he would be universally hated. It's no wonder Peterson doesn't want to give the moaning twat a rematch, I wouldn't want anything to do with someone who wanted to take away something I'd worked my entire life towards without even beating me in the ring. The way Khan has gone about this entire business is COWARDLY.
I love it when a nuthugger tries to come off as all mature and sensible, when really we all know they are jumping up and down in outrage at what Khan has "discovered" and can't wait to say "he woz robbed".
No offence, but that's the kiss of death for my defence of Khan. If you think that the way 'Khan has gone about this entire business is COWARDLY', i'd suggest you invest in a dictionary. When has he ever lacked heart or desire inside the ring? You know, where it really counts? Do you remember when he was taking an absolute shellacking in that tenth round against Maidana and managed to grit his teeth and force a smile (of sorts)? And people have the temerity to call him a coward? I had never been a fan of the boy up till then, but yeah I admit that display won me over. Anyway why are you taking notice of what he has to say outside of the ring? Bitching and excuse making are clearly part of a process which allow boxers to pick themselves up of the canvas and start afresh. Yes he has continued this process longer than most, but is any of what he's said any worse than what Froch had to say about his defeat to Kessler, or Tarver's claims that he was drugged before his bout against Hopkins, or Harris's claims that Witter was on PEDs, or Berto's claims that Ortiz was on PEDS or Hatton insinuating Pacquaio had taken PEDs etc etc
I'm praying on Peterson to sign a unification fight with Tim Bradley and lose. The butthurt from Khan will be amazing.
I didn't say the way he goes about his business in the ring was cowardly. "This business" is how he's handled a loss, bitched about it for the last month and now wants Peterson to have his titles taken off him outside of the ring. That is cowardly, it is my belief that Khan could easily have got a rematch with Peterson if he hadn't behaved in the way he has since the fight. Can you please direct me to links where any of these fighters have attempted to have the decision overturned by a commision/court and get their titles gifted back to them outisde of the ring?
