Apparently he lives in Seattle, Washington State - not DC. There are plenty of shots of him with other fighters. He seems like a face on the scene.

I think a skeptical investigator would look at how many fights with fighters whom he appears to support he has meddled in by engaging judges without any official reason for doing so. I suspect not many.

    Photos with boxers? Fine
Meddling with judges against rules during a fight? Not Fine
Photo with Boxer & illegally meddling with judges during fight? Dodgy

Hatman does seem to be a twat. Why stop at distracting one official when you can annoy & distract so many more? :D

Thing is, I scored it for Patterson and many others did, what happen to losing a close fight and fighting again rather than politics? Khan is a famous fighter who has huge backing, if you want to talk about injustice.

How many fights has Glen Johnson been robbed in, from what I can recall at least 5.

Lennox Lewis was blatantly robbed against Holyfield

Chisora...was robbed big time versus Helenius.

Khan has the abilty to reverse the first result, as far as im concerned he lost. Just like Lewis beat Holyfield twice.

Kind of unfair, since Patterson was a heavyweight.

Amir Khan told he will be knocked out in a Lamont Peterson rematch (article a little dated but relevant, I guess :) 27/12/11

LAMONT PETERSON has vowed to knock out Amir Khan in any rematch and prove that his controversial win was no fluke.

Peterson is annoyed that Khan is still complaining that he was robbed and the former champion’s camp are demanding that the WBA and IBF order an immediate rematch.

The American rejects Khan’s criticism of the referee for docking him two points, as well as the judges’ scoring, and insists he won legitimately.

Peterson, 27, is sick of the Bolton fighter’s griping and wants to shut him up by flattening him when they meet again.

“I want to clear everything up,” said new WBA and IBF light-welterweight king Peterson.

“Even though I think I won a clear victory, I really think that I can knock Amir out.

“As a promoter, you want to put these types of excuses in a fighter’s head, like he didn’t really lose, like he was robbed by the referee and the judges, to make it not feel like a loss.

“But at the end of the day, Amir has to face reality and accept that he lost.

“I don’t want any more dispute about it and the best way to do that is by winning by a knockout. And I think I can do it.

“I want it to happen, but right now me and my trainer are just enjoying the holidays and relaxing.

“In the new year, we will sit down and talk, but I want my next fight to be against Amir.” Khan’s US promoter Golden Boy has offered Peterson a career-best purse of £670,000 to agree to a rematch at Los Angeles’ Staples Center, on May 19, but he would prefer to fight in Las Vegas.

Peterson knows he now holds the upper hand in the negotiations and is determined to cash in as champion.

“Vegas is good,” he added. “I’d be happy to go there and that’s something we’ll be talking about.

“The money situation is not the only thing, it’s a lot of things. There are a lot of different things which go into making a fight and we’ll have to agree on all of it.”

Peterson’s manager and trainer Barry Hunter was coy over talk of a rematch.

He appears to be keen on playing Khan, 25, (below) off against the division’s No.1 and WBO title holder Timothy Bradley in the hope of making even more money.

After promising Khan’s business manager Asif Vali another shot immediately after Peterson’s win in Washington on December 10, he says everything is now on hold until the new year.

“In Lamont’s eyes, he wants a rematch with everybody,” he said.

“But at the end of the day, it’s still a business too. So we have to lay it all on the table and see what’s best for Lamont and his future.

“Definitely, we are thinking about a rematch with Amir sometime in the future. That is what warriors do.

“But right now, we’re enjoying the holidays and then we’ll sit down in the new year and look at it.

“It’s got to make business sense more than anything else and that is where we are.”

the media (as usual) don't seem to be reporting the facts clearly - they mention Michael Welsh being distracted, and most show a picture of the George Hill score card with score crossed out and re-written for round 7. Most people jump to the conclusion that Michael Welsh was one of the scoring judges .... he wasn't.

In the various pics in the press I've only seen shots of this guy distracting Michael Walsh, anyone know if he actually came into contact with any of the scoring judges during the fight ??? (i'm sure some folks will have watched the whole thing again!)

Khan v Peterson was FAR more entertaining than Bradley v Peterson.

I don't think I can ever say that a Bradley fight entertains me. Unless its against Kendall Holt :yep

To be honest even Bradley's 'superfight' with Alexander was boring, before, during and after the fight.
