Anyone care to provide me with a summary of the last 30-40 pages?
I gathered we found out Hatmans name (mustafa ameen), schafaer mouthing off to all and sundry about WBA ordering a rematch, anything else of note?

SRL was a bit of a runner. When buzzed he would retreat and wait for his man to slip up before throwing consistently again.

Alledgedly, according to Freddy Roach, Hatman isn't even an official of any boxing association.

he ran sidewards too, but in essence ran away from Peterson between throwing arm punch flurries and having a wee rest on the ropes and lettting Lamont test his guard.

Do you think Khan didnt run a lot in that fight? :huh

    'moving backwards,creating space to punch'
which you are exactly right is how you do it:good

but,you are comparing SRL and khan as doing just that, exactly the same, boys boys boys, watch both fights, watch how SRL creates space to punch and watch how khan creates space to punch(which by the way,he dident, but SRL could with a much much better pressure fighter than peterson is)
big big difference moving backwards to punch than 'running backwards' to get the **** away:deal:thumbsup

 So Khan needs half a ring to create space for punches, Comparing him to SRL in any regard is shocking.

  9. I'd love to see Khan try and walk Tommy Hearns down :yep

Leonard was boxing on the move, khan was running. He was completely negative, that's the difference.

the main difference is that boxers who move well (SRL eg) moved to create space but also were in balance whilst moving - they could punch with form on the move. Essentially what Khan does, is move around in circles out of reach (both for himself and opponent), then stop completely to flurry, then begin to circle again. hes just got bad ring generalship

No, He's just nowhere near as good as SRL who could punch on the move, like the last poster said Khan moves back, stops dead and throws a flurry then moves off again. No where near as graceful or effective as SRL but trying to achieve the same goal, which is to maintain distance to punch, something Amir failed at at times with Peterson. Running in my book is somebody who doesn't want to fight or get hit, Amir wanted to fight and got hit plenty, so I didnt see it as running, just as previous poster mentioned, bad ring generalship.

Khan has a lot to learn.

are you serious? he ran man and he ran pretty ****ing far too, when his legs got tired of the running he resorted to playground pushing

create space to get his shots off thats funny, he must have 15 foot arms if thats the case
