Maidana looked bad enough in his recent fight to make Khan confident.
If Maidana had destroyed Corley Khan would still duck him.

if khna does'nt fight maidan next, he's a duck....khan at 140 is the best ,tho bradley has the best resume right now.... alexander is overrated and i think both bradley and khan would beat him .....marcos has a puncher's chance vs khan but thats about it, i think it'll be a onesided beatdown tbh!

Maddana is made for Khan, i see maddana getting schooled in this one and KO by the 7th... I dont fancy Khan beating some of the other contenders who Khan will have to face, but he will win this one. Maddana is no bum what a ****ing joker who posted that.

For the record I do have Maidana taking this, but if Khan does win, expect the following:

    "Maidana is an overrated bum"

"Khan ain't proved **** until he rematches Prescott"

"Khan fought like a *****. He didn't stand and trade, so he fought like a *****"

"Maidana should have been paid more"

"Maidana was never a big puncher any way"

"Khan is still an overhyped, protected, glass-jawed fraud who will be exposed the next time he faces a puncher"

"Con was carefully matched. Roach and GBP know he'll get put to sleep by a big puncher, so they deliberately picked a puncher who isn't skilled, all in an attempt to fool the public into thinking he can deal with a puncher."

"The moment he faces an opponent with speed and power, he'll be exposed. Fight Devon Alexander, you mere con!"

    "Con's ducking Prescott"

In fairness, this is ESB, is there any boxer who has had a high profile and not got that treatment to some extent?

No not early in their careers. Amir Khan has been getting it far worse than anyone else i can think of.

Khan has a much higher profile early in his career than most boxers doesn't he? Name another boxer who was on PPV after 18 fights and without having reached world title level.

It's not just here. I remember when I used to be on BBC's 606 boxing board, he was subjected to far worse criticism over there. I wonder what level it's reached now.

And I wouldn't be surprised if Khan is aware of what's posted on this site. I'm sure his very own Ellerbe or Buboy does his homework.

Great fighter just lacks that chin, but there has been quite a few world champions who have.
