Eddie Hearn says Benn beats Khan in two rounds. Despite Khan being past his prime, I still actually think Khan wins. If Benn does win, I'm sure it will go past two rounds. What does everyone else think?

Khan is the faster, better boxer but always gets caught flush, Benn punches harder than lightweight Breidis Prescott who knocked Khan out in the 1st round, if Khan is that reckless again early on then Benn will finish him inside two.

Do not believe that Khan vs Benn will ever become a reality .... but I have noticed on several social media platforms how some people start to create hype about a possible fight between Khan vs Benn. Maybe people with connections to Matchroom ?

I don’t think Khan is just past his prime, I think he’s toast. He might have a good couple of rounds at the start but when he gets hit, and he will, it will all end very quickly. The fight will never happen anyway.

Hearn is openly saying Khan is past his best, cashing out etc with the Brook fight but continues to try and bait him for the Golden Boy Benn to fight despite saying it would be over in 2 rounds.

What part of this masterplan for Benn where he has to continue learn and take it up the levels is benefitted by a 2 round demolition of a past it Khan?

The truth is it would be another name on the record to say Benn beat him faster than Crawford or whoever, also throwing in Khan's a former world champion and been in with the very best and none of them have done that to him etc.

The script is fast wearing thin.

Khan’s prime was 2009-11. The disrespect shown to Khan, especially by Hearn who signed him a few years ago and was sucking him off then, winds me up.

Khan at 24 - unified world champion and was coming off a win against Maidana.

Benn at 25 - just had a ‘career best’ win over Chris Algieri, who Hearn said 6 years ago couldn’t take the skin off a rice pudding, had not fought at welterweight in 6 years and had fought once in 3 years.

If this did happen and Benn did KO the corpse of Amir who is ten times the boxer Conor will ever be, it would be next level depressing.

"Can you imagine what Conor Benn would do to Amir Khan? Oh my God. Honestly, it would be over within two rounds," Matchroom Boxing promoter Eddie Hearn predicted.

"As soon as he hit him on the chin, as soon as he hit Amir Khan, it would just be brutal."

More drivel. Yes Khan is a little chinny but put Conor Benn in with the Clen'd to the gills way heavier Alvarez that Khan fought and he leaves the ring in a body bag. This notion that you can blow on Khan and it's light out is getting a bit silly, he can be dropped and if you catch him right like anyone in the World he can go down and struggle to get back up but even now he's a better boxer than Benn and if he stays elusive enough from the so called concussive power of Benn (icing old guys, past their best with fading punch resistance) things would get very interesting. Khan's achilles heel has always been his love for a tear up, he gets dragged into it and can't help himself, he did it with Maidana too but managed to hang on despite being on shaky legs. People forget some of the things Khan has done, he beat some big names when they were still relevant and that Maidana fight in particular, that was a fantastic spectacle and exhibition of guts and determination. I'm not the biggest Khan fan but it's undeniable that he did some great things and chased those big fights, Benn is already being talked about as if he's achieved more than that, he's yet to achieve anything, not even a British title.

Benn hasn’t even been tested yet ffs. The one guy he should be fighting Hearn has openly admitted they are avoiding. I don’t see how matching him with Algieri and Khan is going to do him any good.

Depends if Benn can connect within two rounds- for all Khan’s faults his movement has always been good.

He would catch Khan at some point and like Saturday Khan would go down like Algeri did.

As usual Khan would start quick but after 3 rounds he slows down.
