I get the point your making but Khan's soul left his body V Alvarez. He would probably outbox Benn for a good bit and then get clipped.
Khan was a terrific fighter in his early days and mid career (he should never have left Roach) but he's been a fringe operator for sometime now.
He's more than a little chinny. Sammy Vargas had him virtually gone and he's a non puncher. Limond, Diaz the list goes on.
If Benn lands the shot he did V Algeri he wins.
