    it says he is an olympian training for the london olympics, should know his stuff right? Haye is always in good shape.

    He's good. . . Khan probably already picked up some workouts from Ariza that work good for him. . . Always good to change it up. . .


    BUt he's reuniting with Ariza next week anyway.

    Khan needs good conditioning.

    Ariza loss isn't the end of the world

    But it's of significant importance that Khan gets good conditioning...his style requires of it.

    The sole reason Khan survived Maidana's onslaught in the 10th and all those brutal body shots from Lamont is because of Ariza, he pushes Khan in training like no one else probably would. The last time Khan ditched Ariza he looked like **** and turned in one of his worst performances (vs McCloskey). Khan needs Ariza just as much as he needs Roach imo, maybe a little more.

    well tbh there going back to la in a week, this guy just arrived yesterday, i dont see why they would go through all the trouble and expense of hiring a guy for 1 week, i think he is there for the long run, plus he is already talking about how he is gonna turn khan into a beast with some secret training methods and what not. khan has 2 weeks of camp left i dont think aria will be involved in a day of it. my opinion.
