You heard it here first ......also joshua to pull out last min and whyte tp takebom Parker. ...parkers representatives seen in london yesterday
We will see. Dont be surprised when in next few days rocky or callum pull out with fake injury that will be healed in 8 weeks lol
I was thinking when Brook pulled out there might be serious movement on a Khan fight. Pacquaio has blanked Khan and Khan's only other big money option is Brook. But like somebody said to me, it's a Wembley fight, huge outdoor event and that won't happen until the summer. The O2 holds a fair few and the PPV will be big regardless. I don't know, I think it is unlikely but a possibility.
You really think that Khan and Brook would take the fight in the O2 when they could take it to a football stadium in the summer and get 3 or 4 times as many in there? No chance, Brook will probably be on the card but against Chaves, Hearn and Khan aren't stupid enough to make this fight for less money than it is worth.
Guess I'm going to have to spoon feed the chavs on here. The number of attendees is not the most important number;- the gate receipt number is. For example Floyd vs. manny had maybe 20K people there but because of high ticket prices they made way more money then Froch/Groves who sold 4 times as many tickets. It's better to sell 10K tickets at an average price of £2,000 then to sell 80K at an average price of £50. Simply math really. Boxing is a commercialised business. It's the $ that counts. Now back to the thread. I really hope it happens. Would be great for British boxing!
the fights already sold out because of AJ vs whyte, so they can't make any more money in ticket sales / gate receipts for brook vs khan on the same day. Think they'll need time to make a Wembley fight and promote it so December the 12th is too soon. Brook vs chavez will get added and it'll most likely be ppv.
Brook Khan on same bill as Joshua Whyte would be a great ppv. Parker should fight the winner of Josbau Whyte definitely. Massive fight.
Idiot boy doesn't get that though! So half of the arena is going to be pay TWO THOUSAND POUNDS for a ticket and EVERYONE at Wembley is going to be paying £50?
The numbers were an example you imbecile. I was making a point on the gate receipts being more important then the number of tickets sold. Despite spoon feeding it, it seems the council estate chavs still are unable to comprehend basic common sense
