Vegas fights are a bit different. The MGM paid to host Mayweather v Pac man, as it has many fights. Both the 02, Wembley or any arena here would charge a venue hire fee.

Also once someone has booked the 02 to hold an event, it's theirs baring cancellation. I believe someone already had the May 2nd date at the MGM and they got booted out!

That's how they make up the missing revenue from only holding it in a 17k arena in Vegas.
