and the only punch Devon has which is more powerfull is that uppercut of his.

 

Alexander is starting to become overrated again, ya'll are going to be set for another big disappointment once he faces someone like Ortiz or maybe even Kell Brook. He looked good against Maidana, but if I'm being honest Maidana looked bloated and slower than he already was at 147. He had no business at that weight.

I really can't see how he troubles Khan on the outside at all, and he lacks the pure strength and determination/heart to force himself on the inside like Peterson did. If he comes forward he's walking onto silly shots and getting discouraged after a few rounds. Of course this all depends if Khan can maintain his form when he moves up.

 

I want Khan to bring on Alexander who I think is related with Don because I want to prove one thing to one member here in ESB, nothing else, no love for Khan, no love for Alexander either.

 

I'd fancy Alexander in that fight to be honest. Impressive last time out.

 

I would love to see this fight! not an easy for either of these guys!

the punch was tailor made for a guy like urango due to urangos style of fighting.

teddy atlas called it during the urango vs vilchez fight saying that an uppercut would do it (urangos nastiest KO).

I think alexander got a great punch arsenal.


I think khan kinda adapted to uppercuts after the maidana fight so they wont be punches that he wont see comming.


I think the fight depends on khan sitting down on his punches and being accurate but also Alexander sitting down on his punches as well and his ability to cut off the ring and body attack.

Honestly, what has Khan done @ 140lbs that Devon hasn't? Beat Zab Judah?

 

Devon Alexander is a very talented fighter, on a good day can give anyone a fight on a bad day downs tools and quits (Bradley ) fight.

 

I was hoping for Alexander, but I thought he already had a date penciled in for August. Hopefully we can see this fight instead. If I'm correct, they are both with Golden Boy.

 

Alexander has improved a great deal, but I would still favor Khan. He's the more skilled and more mobile out-fighter.

 

Why? He's too busy fighting bums, and HBO whom Khan has a contract with won't let that fight happen as Kelly has no fanbase stateside, none.
