Khan may have a glass jaw, but he's absolutely right about this.

Glad Khan has spoken out about this as it's outrageous that the board have done this to a man who is clearly struggling with life outside of the ring.

I understand those who are upset by this being done to Hatton, but as they say desperate times call for desperate measures. You can't just let a guy like Ricky off easy because of his celebrity or because he's struggling outside of his life from boxing. Life isn't easy, and when you make a decision to binge drink between training camps when you're a world class fighter, let alone outside of the ring, then something's got to give.

It's understandable that he's coping with being retired, or somewhat retired, in a negative way and that it's just a defense mechanism of sorts, but that doesn't give him a free pass. He's supposed to be setting an example for young boxers that are a part of his company and so forth, and this just puts him in a bad light. If he decides to clean up his act entirely and it shows, he'll get his licenses back soon enough.

If you ask me, it took balls for the BBBoC to do something like this and I commend them for it because it should be a reality check that nobody, not even Ricky Hatton, gets off light.

boxing is going down hill were if a man wants to use his nose as a vacuum he cant but he can use his nose to block haymakers.
