1. He said he took all of Ward's punches in sparring and not go down once... even though Ward did come out afterwards and say they never sparred.. 2. He saw something in the May/Canelo fight that he thinks he can replicate. 3. Perhaps he believes that Canelo's left hook is weak and he won't need to worry about that.. He'll definitely get Ward to help him prepare for this one. War Khan... can't believe I'm saying that. But I'll be cheering him on for this fight only, because damn that's a hell of a fight to take!!
I look for Khan to look good early in this fight he's a frontrunner he'll look blazing fast and be able to get in and out but he'll start to slow down Canelo will figure him out and he will fall apart.
Sparring = head gear and heavier gloves. Big deal. Tell him to fight Ward without the headgear, and see if he holds up. And not like Andre is a big puncher either.
