No doubt about it, im not saying he didnt make mistakes in fact its what cost khan big again
But that shot by garcia was a wild swing and khan was stupid enough to be within range, something roach contantly tells him not to be

He was loading his shots up and was only a matter of time before kahn was going to walk into one of them.

Kahn was put in a false sense of security as garcia had him where he wanted him. Never troubled in the slightest besides the cut which was caused by the outside of kahn's glove.

Khan was winning early BUT he was NEVER dominating, Garcia was consistantly catching him since round 1, Lampley simply ignored it until Khan was hurt.

I really like to watch Khan fight and he has world class speed and talent, but he is. Of a smart fighter. He makes amateur mistakes in the heat of the battle, especially when he is pressed.

The last round was a blast to watch. I thought the ref let Khan off the hook at the end of the previous round, he definitely hasn't recovered. However, I am glad he let it continue because both fighters threw and took HUGE shots for a solid 2:00. One of the best rounds of the year.

I just don't know what to make of Khan. If he had better boxing smarts he could be a real superstar. I still like to watch him fight though.

Lastly, props to Garcia! He withstood the opening onslaught and picked his spots. He fought smart after he rocked Khan and he got the win. Looking forward to his future.

Did you watch a **** stream or do you just need your eyes checked?
Garcia was parrying and countering from the start, he landed the right hand plenty of times before the knockout.
Timing beats speed, there was nothing lucky about the knockout.

Come on man he was dominating Garcia
Garcia looked leagues below Khan early on
And would have continued to look leagues below had khan stuck to what he does best box from the outside use his speed of punch and his speed of foot

Khans worst opponent is himself he just will not listen
Roach is telling him stay on the outside you hear it in footage of training in the gym etc
Slip shots stay on the outside box in and out
And WTF does he do from round 3 gets involved in a tear up
Khan must be thick as pig ****

I don't think he changed anything. It seemed he was always looking to be aggressive, and he got caught. Wouldn't call it lucky, considering its his best punch and something he works on. Also would not have called it lucky had Khan the whiskers(or neck) to withstand it. He didn't. And his legs never came back. I do agree though that he was outclassing Garcia the first few rounds.

This man knew Danny Garcia ALWAYS punches with his opponents during exchanges. Why doesn't the TS?

Khan was kicking Garcias a$$ no question. With that nasty cut he could have just jabbed Garcia to death. But, instead he goes for the kill against a desperate fighter and gets caught on the eardrum. Garcia may have cracked his eardrum with that punch...?

By the way when that shot landed it seemed to hit khan under the ear
is that something that would scramble anyone or just Amir punch resistance?

Khan's style will always be successful the first 4 rounds until his opponent figures him out. It's a 12 round fight
