Amir can needs to attempt to think now and then. (better still stop twittering)
The cancellation of the fight will have cost GBP a pretty penny and for him to come out with this stuff, it's him who looks the fool instead of Maidana.

I agree its not nice thing to say, i think we know Khan makes some dumb comments at times, but all i am saying is from his point of view he is trying to dig at Maidana for his recents comments about Khan writing to the WBA and that, but its a poor try i agree.

Khan barely won the fight with Maidana, he was almost knocked out! He should just keep his mouth shut about Maidana or give Maidana a rematch which Maidana deserves.............

Actually Maidana was the one that nearly got knocked out. Khan arguably could have been stopped but he rightly wasn't as he proved to last the 12 rounds without getting dropped once.

Not long after the news broke out about Guerrero's injury, Khan said this to World Boxing News:

That's a bit of a contrast to those tweets. **** knows who handles them, but the blame falls entirely on him as it is his account. Some real stupid ****s over at Team Khan.

You have to love the way some Khan fans are saying there's no need for a rematch because Khan would beat him easily next time. Khan was out of it in the 10th round and spent the rest of the fightrunning around and constantly looking up at the clock to see how long he had left to survive. Yes, Maidana had a slow start but it was Khan who was lucky to make it to the final bell.

Normally a good close fight would get fans calling for a rematch, not saying "X would beat Y easily next time so there is no point". Imagine if that logic had been used after Vazquez-Marquez or Bowe-Holyfield!

I can understand avoiding the Maidana fight if he wanted to fight someone decent but the fact is that he has fought McCloskey and Judah since and now wants to fight Morales.

Thinking about this Agbeko Mares rematch, Mares would knock him out in 2 seconds next time so there's really no point. He should fight a weaker opponent instead.

They need to keep khan off twitter, time and time again, he puts his foot in his mouth and his team dont give a **** about how much bad publicity it brings...he comes across as being even more arrogant and less intelligent on twitter than in real life (if thats even possible). All of this, is made all the more ridiculous, after he had paid Maidana step aside money, so he could face Malignaggi for his US debut :patsch

Burn his ****in BlackBerry for his own good!

Guys I was messing around about the injury of Guerero, apologies for the tweet, I'm sure he didn't get paid step side money,'

I think Amir's humour is just so dry, it is hard to tell when he is being serious.

Would explain the contradiction in the interview he gave after. Silly prat should have realized by now that tweets can be so easily taken the wrong way, and that sarcastic jokes on there aren't the best idea, especially if your sense of humour is **** to begin with.

That is possibly the daftest explanation I’ve heard yet. That’s not “dry” like Froch is dry, it’s just moronic. He’s as bad as Oscar De La Hoya for tweeting bollocks and regretting it. He’s lucky Guerrero doesn’t sue him!
