It does seem a bit kneejerk, but Khan didnt look any better in the 50 seconds before his KO than in previous matches so maybe Rubio wasnt getting anything through to him. I have a sinking feeling that Khan is just going to be a let down for British boxing as his main weakness is something he can never improve, his chin.

he needs to improve, hes probably been advised by other people to get rid of him... johnny nelson said he needed to go, he should go with the mayweathers... roach is too in love with pacman

If Khan would cut the apron strings and go over to America he would improve vastly. There's too many distractions in Bolton, and the reason they chose Rubio in the first place was because he'd come over here.

Well, I don't suppose he was brought in to get Khan starched, was he?

Oh no poor Rubio, is this not the same Rubio that team Khan were bigging up for being trainer for Kindelan and Gamboa....we all thought it was b/s then and this coupled with Rubios record as a pro trainer confirms he was not the magician team khan claimed he was.

I wonder what tricks they will try to play with Roach, I don't see Roach coming to the UK to train Khan. If pacman can train in the US then so should Khan. Taking away the fancy cars and home comforts may give Khan a chance to see things in the real world instead of the constant yes men attitude he has become accustomed to.

Thanks Flint that links in well with the topic. We are discussing a toss-pot and you have put a picture of an example of one from Wales.

Whats happening with the Banks fight ? Easy win for Macca if Banks fights like his last outing.

Maybe FW's way of getting at Enzo C by stopping him getting a cut of Maccas purse due to JC telling FW to F-off.

How long has he got Macca signed up for ?
