Only 38 of 225 (16%) picking Swifty. :think That's the same percentage that picked Cotto against Mayweather in the official ESB poll, and less than picked Bradley against Pacquiao. (20%)

Gotta say, I'm a bit surprised at how big an underdog Swifty's being cast as. Prior to 2011 he was a very highly regarded prospect. Granted, his last three performances - each a step up - were a bit flat...but he still got the job done against three "name" guys (whose skills are at varying states of decomposition). Khan isn't some Superman, need I remind everybody?
Yeah, it's a tougher fight than a lot of people are making it out to be. I still think Khan wins (and puts in a great performance doing it), but he deserves props for taking on another tough opponent after the second Peterson fight fell through.
It's hard to find footage of Garcia. Have included him in a couple of posts. Garcia is a live underdog and could make the fight competitive if he survives the first 4 rounds. Garcia Snr and Jr. say they don't come with a gameplan; they take each round as it comes and adjust accordingly. Freddie Roach (above interview) seems confident about Khan and says that Khan could KO Garcia in the later rounds. Let's see what happens. We haven't seen the best of Garcia so he may suprize us. The good thing about Khan is he is fighting a top 5 world class opponent @LWW.
Anyone who's been following boxing the last few years should have already seen plenty of Garcia and shouldn't be reliant on some highlight clips being posted in a build-up thread to form an opinion on the match-up. :huh He's been on TV lots of times. Not all the way back to his pro debut like Khan, but lots. :yep
I have seen most of Garcia's fights but I meant to say I couldn't find any media day workout videos of Garcia.
As usual, people are leaning towards the more well-known, hyped fighter. The one-sided pickings for Khan certainly don't reflect the actual skill/quality disparity between the two fighters. Khan obviously exceeds Garcia in some areas, but so does Garcia. I have it as a 60-40 fight in Khan's favour, mainly because of his experience. A Garcia win wouldn't shock me at all.
