What is the issue?

Brook is a 147 fighter, Khan is 140 fighter, who has spent majority of his career at 135. That's like saying mayweather is avoiding a fight with Martinez - Different weight classes, if khan moves to 147 and fights there once or twice then doesn't fight Brook, then fair enough he is avoiding brook, But he is in a DIFFERENT WEIGHT CLASS, KHAN = 140lb/10 STONES LIGHT WELTERWEIGHT, BROOK = 147/10.5 STONES WELTERWEIGHT.
