It would be funny looking seeing Nas who is 5ft 4 knocking out a guy as tall as 5ft 10!

I can't see Nas knocking Khan out at LWW as he is a lot stronger at that weight. But at LW, Khan was physically weaker and more shakier. Remember him getting knocked down by guys who couldn't punch! Nas had dynamite in him hands!

We are not talking about how effective a boxer is, we are talking in terms of talent. Nas in his prime was really gifted and the power he could get at Super Feather was amazing. He truly had a one punch knockout.

I like Khan too and he too is talented, but he is more of a boxer with good fundamentals. Great jab, great hand speed and decent power. When Khan tries to put it on eg against Maidana, he looks all at sea and very nearly lost the fight. When Nas put on a show, he looked amazing.

i would say naz has or had the more natural talent but khan has the faster hand speed and seems willing to improve himself which it all comes down to because there are stories of naz not training properly and he supposedly stoped doing runs at one point?? so i feel nas would beat him atm in khans carer but i can see khan getting better with time and experience

Are you saying he would knock out a LWW Khan? Khan has got a lot more stronger at LWW than Light Weight. Not sure how a Super Feather would be affective against a man as big and heavy as Khan.....

An early Khan maybe but the new Freddie Khan, NO. Nas would probably get battered. If a 5ft 6 Barerra got a beating from Khan and Khan was at his unfavoured Light Weight, then what would happen to a 5ft 4 Nas at LWW.

Comparing primes then Khan has yet to reach his peak. He is probably 2-3 years from it and his weight would be around the WW/Light Middle mark. Nas on the other hand was at his peak around the SF mark. The size difference would be too much.

If im not wrong then he got Ko'ed against Presscot at 135? Hamed would KO khan, skillwise, it still pick Hamed, but Khan got freddie roach, and seems more disciplined than Hamed was, and that might let to the prince's downfall against Khan

Skillwise, Khan is better than Hamed.

Talentwise, Hamed is infinitely better than Khan.

What Hamed has is not skill. Because skill can be learned and honed. What he had was pure, unadulterated talent.

It's like people calling RJJ skilled when in fact, he just rode on his talent until he lost it and it showed in his advanced age that he lacked skills to last when he was old enough. When you're skilled, even if you're old, they are one of the things (along with power) that leave you last. Look at BHop. That man is the epitome of skill, as well as award-winning acting, but that's also a skill.

It's also the same way when people call Ali skilled when he was purely a headhunter and can be befuddled by throwing jabs at him and fighting backwards. Now Joe Frazier, THAT dude was skilled.

So yeah, Khan for me in the skills department. That doesn't mean he wins the fight against Hamed though.

    Hamed.

But Khan is more disciplined and so far has not been fighting bigger guys.

Naseem got lazy and fought too high in the end. It is ok if he is still much better but against a guy like Barrera he could not afford to be the naturally smaller guy.
