Saying Amir Khan has a glass chin is an insult to glass chins.

 

Hm? I clearly stated this specific phrase in my post: 'Khan's weak chin'. Did you miss that, or did you just ignore it? Either way, if you read the full post, you can see that I did indeed acknowledge that Khan has bad punch resistance. I've actually written, time and time again, that Khan has a weak chin. I've been following his career since the Olympics, like quite a few Brits, so I'm very well acquainted with his poor punch resistance. Your reply completely missed the point of my post.

This much is certain: Khan will do well against Maidana so long as he keeps him at distance with the jab. But Maidana will land on Khan eventually, and I'm convinced that Khan's chin will not hold up.

 

It will be funny if he goes on the rest of his career without ever getting dropped or seriously hurt again. He is big at 140, he was obviously killing himself to cut down to 135. That may have played a big role in his knockout loss, like it did Manny when he had his first losses. Khan may have been wobbled by a jab, but remember Pac was dropped by a jab from light hitting skinny hussein. I'm giving Khan the benefit of the doubt until I see how he reacts to power shots at 140 and above.
