    Khan had both Pacman and Floyd cornered and basically they had no choice but to fight eachother. Thank King Khan for this fight getting made finally!

    It all makes sense.

    Both floyd and manny didn't want any of khan and so the only will to avoid him without it looking like a duck would be to fight each other.

    Genuis, only king khan could have thought of that.

    Yup, Khan was the obvious second choice for both of them, in other words, the exit door for both of them was closed off with a task that did not have a better risk reward factor than just fighting each other.
